Abstract: “Ethics Agreement” is a lecture on ethics by Liao Ping, a scholar in the late Qing Dynasty. In this book, he used an evolutionary method to reconstruct ethical thinking in Confucian classics. First, he structured the ethical subject of the rank of “Gift and Perseverance” as an evolutionary symbol with time dimensions. Using this as a thread, Liao Ping divided the “Travels in Xunzi” into a time structure from “Shang Day” to “Travels in Three”, making the “Travels” created by Confucius a law of evolution for humans from wild to civilization.
